The build-out of the Arapahoe County Court A included the renovation of 20,000 square feet of new administration offices, employee lounge, restrooms, lobby area, and new security queuing. The inmate holding cell and IT rooms were remodeled, and there is now new carpet and paint throughout the building. The County Court could not be shut down during the renovation leading Alliance and it’s team members to formulate a plan to sequence and phase the construction operations as to not affect the County Court during regular business hours. All the work was performed off hours and all materials were delivered and installed utilizing a Just In Time (JIT) format.
