Norwood

Partnering with a national retail Real Estate Investment Trust, Norwood served as construction manager on multiple retail fit-outs at Silver Spring Square. Delivering separate projects for Bed, Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress for Less, and Office Max simultaneously on an accelerated schedule, Norwood overcame permitting delays and completed the projects ahead of schedule. Norwood was engaged for the project when another contractor was unable to commit to the schedule and budgetary goals.
